Safest Country to Be During a Zombie Apocalypse (Pt. I)

Image
For the next two installments of What if , we are going to take a page from the Walking Dead. What if a Zombie Apocalypse broke out? In order to objectively pick the best country to be in to survive a zombie apocalypse, we've got to consider certain things. In part one, we will be looking at population density, geographic size, gun ownership rate, agricultural capabilities, and crime rate. For part two we'll examine my own things to consider. Points will be distributed amongst the six categories. The country with the lowest overall score will take the title as... Safest Country to Be During a Zombie Apocalypse The countries in this list are my top ten choices. While not all countries made the top ten for each category when compared with the rest of the countries of the world, this is the list I composed upon my research. If you disagree, comment down below at the end! A) population density -  This has been prioritized as the   most important factor when considering the surviv

Before we begin the first installment of "What If...," shout out to YouTuber & world traveler  Drew Binsky  for today's idea. A while back, Drew posted this very same question on his Instagram and of course I took a long, hard look into this hypothetical situation.  What if I could only visit three countries for the rest of my life... I actually decided to go with 1 country I've already spent some time in and 2 that I have not yet been to.  I could've played it safe and chose my 3 favorite countries that I've already had some experiences in, but honestly where is the fun in that? I could  have chosen 3 brand new countries that I've never been to, but that's a bit too risky when we're talking about only have these three for the rest of my life . Going with two brand new countries to me seems like the best choice because a) if one is just unbearable for me, I've got another, b) what are the odds both  of my choices would turn out to be disapp

The Greatest Tool EVERY Traveller, Camper, Hiker, HUMAN Needs!

Today, I was sitting around thinking of what I could write about. This was coming as a bit of a struggle for me. I don't want to post anything if I don't want to write anything. This site is supposed to convey my passions, and if I can't be passionate about something I'm writing then I don't want to pass that garbage on to any of you readers. Well, as I was brainstorming possible topics to write on today an idea came to mind. What if I could write about an item , some physical, tangible object that I have, use, and value unlike any of my other possessions? It's not my phone or wallet. It's not my vehicle or even my passport. This item is something much more important than any of those things: water. Well, what holds water. It isn't a YETI or Hydro Flask. It's not those water bottles you see all over TikTok saying they are "the coldest". What I believe to be the most valuable and priceless tool that any human being should invest in is a wat

...and why should I sign up for his emails?      I've mentioned this before and I'll mention it again. I have a tendency to provide transparent information on this site because I am just so passionate about travelling and exploring our world that I want others to have this access and knowledge too. That's why I name drop from time to time. If that results in people leaving my site to utilize others, that's fine with me. In the end, the more travellers the better!      When I discovered Skyscanner , I wasn't sure if I'd ever go back to KAYAK again. When Google Flights improved so much, I started using them as my go-to stop for flight deals. Then, I once got a deal so good through KIWI I questioned how I hadn't utilized that site sooner. After years of experience booking flights and hours upon hours of searching for the best deals, I've come to realize that there isn't just any one site you should exclusively use. You should use them all . Like a
